Thursday, 2 March, 2017
Cllr Iain Whyte

Cllr Iain Whyte is regularly contacted by Inverleith residents who are keen to see improvements to local roads and pavements or have concerns about the crumbling state they are in throughout the City.

Iain said:

“I have recently passed on requests for repairs to Craigleith Hill Crescent and Avenue, the March Road area and at Hillpark Road, Grove and
Avenue. I am happy to make further requests if you know of any dangerous pavement or potholed road surface. Please let me know.”

“The local roads and pavements listed below are also scheduled for work in the coming financial year.”

Telford Road near Western General – road strengthening

Crewe Road South, Comely Bank Roundabout to West Woods – resurfacing

Forthview Terrace and Road – surface treatment

Footway repairs will take place in Gardiner Road, Drylaw Crescent, Davidson Park, Craigleith Hill Avenue and part of Queensferry Road.
